1. Shipping Time

Please allow 3-4 business days (Monday through Friday) to process and dispatch your order. All products are handmade in micro-batches and individually passes quality control. Orders placed after 5PM PST will be processed the following business day. 

2. What are the shipping costs?

Domestic in the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico):

• Flat rate USPS standard shipping: $9.95 for orders under $75.
• Free USPS standard shipping on orders over $75
• Express shipping (1-2 business days): $19.95 for orders under $100.

International:

• Standard shipping (6-12 business days): $24.95 for orders under $75.
• Standard shipping (6-12 business days): $34.95 for orders over $75

3. Sustainable Packaging

The packaging of all orders is eco friendly, using recyclable, compostable, and biodegradable materials whenever possible. Everything we produce is made with locally sourced materials and we provide a local delivery service to minimize our carbon impact.

4. Tracking Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Due to COVID-19, we are unable to provide a firm arrival date for your shipment; however, you may check the status of your package at any time using your tracking number.

5. Does HerScents.Co ship internationally?

We do offer shipping internationally. For international requests, please contact our customer service at hello@herscents.co and someone will take your order and provide shipping quotes.
