  • Eligibility

Due to hygienic concerns and the nature of our goods, we are unable to accept any returns.

  • Incorrect Address

Incorrect billing or delivery addresses are not our responsibility. Please make sure that all of your information is correct before making your purchase. All shipping labels will be created and sent to the address you provided. If an order is made and the delivery address is inaccurate or invalid and the shipment is returned to us, the buyer is liable for any extra shipping charges connected with having the item re-shipped.

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items

During processing, we make sure that all of our orders are triple-checked before it is sent, however accidents may occur. It is your responsibility to contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase if you believe anything is wrong with it. After the three-day deadline, no adjustments or changes may be performed.

  • Lost Items

While we do our best to provide rapid, accurate delivery, mistakes occasionally happen. Once your shipment leaves our site, we cannot ensure that USPS will follow the shipping route you choose. If your shipment is delayed by USPS, please contact your local post office or regional post office and provide your tracking number for help in finding your package. It is not our responsibility if shipments are lost or delayed while in transit. If your item is indicated as delivered but you can't seem to track it down, please contact the shipping company and submit a claim. Once shipments leave our facilities, we are no longer liable for them.

  • Shipping Cost

Due to the fact that we are a small company, the cost of returning the goods is not covered by us and must be borne by the client.
